I recommend the use of 100% pure essential oils in the bath water. Avoid foam baths or artificially perfumed baths. You should start looking more closely at what you let your skin absorb through the preparations you use in your bath. So many artificial, synthetic aromas and fragrances have been used only for the scent. All 100% pure essential oils have a physical and psychological effect - it is most interesting to read about all the natural remedies we have. It is sad that we have removed ourselves so much from nature, and that practitioners of natural medicine and wise women have been rendered suspect. The effect of essential oils in the bath is fantastic - not only do they have a beneficial and effective scent - the oil enters through your skin and gives its share to your health and well being - the evaporation from the bath brings the scent up, thus you inhale it, and in that way you receive medicinal help. We have intentionally not added oils or other additives to our COLOUR ENERGY® baths. Anyone with allergies or sensitivities may add these if they wish according to their own requirement or according to the occasion and the colour of the bath. We have created a special introductory gift set of seven essential oils to enhance your COLOUR BATH ™experience. Also, we have added essential oils to our soaps in accordance with the oils we recommend for each bath - if you want to strengthen the effect of the oil you may add up to 5-6 extra drops. There is a lot of literature on aromatic oils and their effects. Read, learn, and try to blend your own health baths.
THE BATH To take a COLOUR BATH,™ first fill the bathtub full of water. Next, cut the corner of the envelope and empty the contents under water. For the bottle, pour in the colour - stirring gently for even distribution. To make a pastel shade, use less colour. Each colour is sold separately, so when you need more of one colour, you don't have to buy the whole set.
