COLOUR ENERGY -
AFFIRMATIONS
Affirmation really means to repeat, confirm - i.e. something you want to
repeat or confirm. An affirmation can be an idea or thought you want to
strengthen. I call it a color prayer - I repeat it and give thanks for
what the color gives me, and in repeating the affirmation, I get the
maximum effect out of the color energy.
